GROUP SALES
Purchasing Group Tickets at Maryland Ensemble Theatre
Getting Started
• Once you have ordered tickets, we will send you a Group Sales Contract to confirm your arrangements. Please carefully check the day, date and time of your performance as well as the number and price of tickets.
• Contracts should be signed and returned to us with your non-refundable deposit of one-third of the total cost.
• When initially ordering group tickets, we will take to best estimate of how many tickets you think you will need. You may add to or subtract from that number until one week prior to your performance date. At that time we will need your exact count and you final payment is due.
Details
• For payments, MET accepts personal and business checks as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash.
• If you need to cancel your order before the final due date, we need as much advance notice as possible. To cancel before your balance due date, please call our office; we will release any tickets being held for you and you will not be obligated to pay the balance due. Deposits cannot be refunded.
The Finishing Touches
• Tickets are usually held at the Sales Office for pickup at the time of performance. If you are planning to distribute your tickets to the group at the theatre, we recommend that group leaders arrive at least half an hour prior to the performance.
• Tickets may be mailed to you if you let us know at least 10 working days prior to your performance. There is a $5.00 charge for this service.
• If you prefer to pick up your tickets before your date, you should make an appointment with the Group Sales Office. Preparing your order takes time, so phone ahead to avoid a wait!
Receptions
• If you wish to host a pre- or post-show reception at the theatre, please notify your group sales representative when ordering tickets.

• The Group Sales office is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 11:00am to 4:00pm. If the lines are busy, please leave a message and we’ll call you back as soon as possible; or send an e-mail to kpaone@marylandensemble.org
