SESSION I (June 24-July 6, 10am-3pm)

 

No Camp July 4

Final Performance Saturday, July 6 at 3pm:

Creating Theatre: Ages 7-11

Students taking this camp will explore all aspects of theatre including acting, voice, movement, make-up, costume, set and prop design. The goal is to learn about all of the elements of a stage production and how they are brought to life onstage. This 2-week camp culminates in a final performance by the young actors on the MET Mainstage. $380

Musical Theatre Project: Ages 12-16

Students taking this camp will explore the three basic elements of musical theatre: acting, singing and dancing. The goal is to learn and strengthen technique to become a confident ‘triple threat’. This 2-week camp culminates in a musical theatre performance by the young actors on the MET Mainstage. $380

SESSION II (July 8-19, 10am-3pm)

 

Final Performance Friday, July 19 at 3pm:

Musical Theatre Project: Ages 7-11

Students taking this camp will explore the three basic elements of musical theatre: acting, singing and dancing. The goal is to learn and strengthen technique to become a confident ‘triple threat’. This 2-week camp culminates in a musical theatre performance by the young actors on the MET Mainstage. $380

 

Performance Project: Ages 12-16

Under the guidance of our seasoned professionals, students taking this camp will use MET’s ensemble based exercises to create an original theatre piece. The Performance Project Intensive explores acting, voice, movement and playwriting techniques that shape all of MET’s original work. This two-week camp culminates in a performance by the young actors on the MET Mainstage. $380

This 2-week camp culminates in a musical theatre performance by the young actors on the MET Mainstage. $380

 

Improv Intensive: Ages 12-16

Students taking this camp will use basic improv exercises, stand-up comedy techniques and scene work to learn how to write and create an original comedy show. This 2-week camp culminates in a performance by the young actors in the style of Second City and Saturday Night Live. $380

Theatre Tech/Design Project: Ages 12-16

Ever wonder what happens behind the scenes? Create stage magic this summer. Students will learn the basics of theatrical design including costume, lighting, sets and props as well as technical production and stage management. $380

TINY STAGES!

MINI 1-WEEK CAMPS FOR LITTLE ONES AGES 3-6 YRS.

 

Using creative play, this camp encourages young ones to explore their imaginations through movement, voice, craft activities and more to experience storytelling and the magic of theatre. The young actors will present a mini play each day! $190
