Ladies of the Corridor

A Staged Reading

August 19 & 20 – 5pm

August brings another MET-X production in collaboration with Managing Director, Christine Mosere with “The Endangered Species Project” (inspired by Seattle’s staged reading series) focusing on large cast productions with strong roles for women over 40. MET-X will present a staged reading of Dorothy Parker’s’ Ladies of the Corridor. “Brilliant – and, I may say blood-curdling” – New York Herald Tribune. As a feminist long before feminism was in vogue, Dorothy Parker collaborated with Arnaud d’Usseau on this social satire about the fate of women in society of the early 1950s.
