MET’s REFUND POLICY:
- Absolutely no refunds will be given unless an event is canceled by MET.
- For patrons who need to move their tickets to a new performance within 48-hours of the event, a $10 moved ticket fee will be assessed.
- Consider becoming a season subscriber to avoid these fees!
- Patrons who fail to notify MET that they are unable to attend an event prior to the event will not be refunded nor will their ticket be moved to a new performance. Patrons will need to purchase a new ticket.
- Credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis. If a credit is issued, it will only be valid for one year from the issue date.
