Frequently Asked Questions
Does the price change if I want less than 20 tickets?
No, the price remains the same regardless of the number of tickets under 20.
Are parents/caregivers included in the ticket count?
Two chaperones are included with the 20 kids. Total # of tickets: 22. Additional tickets for parents/caregivers can be purchased in advance.
Can I choose the show?
Absolutely! Click one of the “Reserve Now” or Book Your Party buttons.
What time should I clean up by?
Clean up needs to be completed no later than one hour after the show ends. Leave the space as you found it. Notify the House Manager/ Party Host immediately if a spill occurs.
Can we meet the cast?
At the end of the show, you and your guests are welcome to take a photo with the cast (pending availability). Show programs contain autographs by cast members.
What kind of decorations can I bring?
Only table top or free-standing decorations are allowed. No items can be placed on curtains, walls, or doors.
What can I bring as the party host?
You can bring party decorations, cake, ice cream cups, snacks, a cooler with ice, eating utensils, serving ware, plates, table coverings, and standard candles.
What items will MET provide for my use?
We provide tables, chairs, tape, scissors, markers, reserved seating in the theater, a birthday song from the cast, and a signed poster.
Are special requests allowed?
Special requests are subject to the discretion of the Audience Services Manager or House Manager.
